Ravioli with Sage and Cherry Tomato Butter

Ingredients
Pasta – packet fresh (filled with some cheese)
Cherry tomatoes (handful)
Few leaves of sage
Two cloves of garlic
Butter
Salt/pepper

method
1.Cook the pasta according to packet instructions -likely just a few mins in salted boiling water (pasta cooking water to be a a salty as the sea – ie salty)
2.Remove from heat and drain (reserve some of the cooking water in a cup)
3.Heat a knob of butter in the empty pasta pan. Add a few leaves of sage, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them. Crush the garlic and add.
4.Stir and add salt and pepper and a slosh of the pasta cooking water that you saved. Add the pasta.

Simple but Bon.
